BOOKING
By making a booking, the first named person on the booking agrees on behalf of all the guests that the detailed provided are complete and accurate, and that he agrees to the terms and conditions.
PAYMENT TERMS
30% deposit on booking (by bank transfer). The balance will be paid 60 days prior to your arrival. You are strongly advised to take out adequate insurance to cover a cancellation risk.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be received in writing. Cancellation charges also apply to partial cancellations. Full refund of the deposit will apply until 60 days before arrival.
ADDITIONAL COSTS
Individual services such as personal chef, various activities and trips, as well as food ingredients are available for additional fee. A security deposit of 1,000 Euros in cash is requested upon arrival. This amount will be refunded on checking out after deducting additional costs.

SAFETY
Guests are responsible for their personal safety throughout their stay. Use of the swimming pools and the jacuzzi are entirely at your risk. It is particularly important children are supervised at all times, especially in/around the swimming pool.
Valuables should be left in a secure place out of sight. You voluntary assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
SMOKING
Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the Summer Wine building.
DAMAGES AND LOSSES
Our guests are required to treat Summer Wine Villa as their home, and leave the property and all its contents in good order and in an acceptably clean condition. Any damage or losses caused during the rental period, as well as any special cleaning requirements will be your responsibility and may be charged to your account and deducted from the security deposit. In cases of excessive or unacceptable loss or damage at any time during your stay we may require you and your party, including visitors to vacate the villa immediately, without compensation or refund.
Any damage must be reported to us prior to checking out.
We cannot be held responsible for the breakdown of mechanical equipment such as pumps, water heaters, swimming pool filtration systems, nor for the failure of public utilities such as electricity and water supply.
ACCESS
Summer Wine Villa and its facilities will be fully available to you during your entire stay. We may need to access the villa on occasion (e.g. to undertake maintenance tasks within the villa, garden, swimming pool, maid services or to provide additional services requested by you). You are required to give us reasonable access to the villa for these purposes.
NUMBER OF GUESTS
The number of persons (adults and children) staying at the villa must not exceed the villa’s maximum capacity (12 guests), unless specifically authorized in writing. No other persons are permitted to stay at the villa other than those named on the booking form.
USE OF SUMMER WINE VILLA
We assume that your stay is intended for normal holiday purposes, and you agree that the use of the Summer Wine Villa will be limited to this purpose unless otherwise confirmed in writing. Summer Wine Villa provides exquisite facilities to hold an event, however this has to be confirmed prior to your arrival. Please communicate this to us at the time of booking, as special approval or arrangements may be required.
PRICE FLUCTUATION
Once your booking is confirmed, the price of your reservation is fully guaranteed, even if we change the price after your booking has been confirmed. In return for this commitment, no refunds will be made for any exchange rate fluctuations that would otherwise reduce the rental cost. We reserve the right to impose any taxes or other charges which may be implemented by government or other regulatory body, which were unknown at the time of publishing. We will tell you promptly in the unlikely event that you become aware that any taxes or charges will apply to your booking.
COMPLAINTS
We will make every possible effort to provide a memorable stay. In case you experience a problem during your stay do not hesitate to contact us right away and while on location. We will do
our best to address your issue. If no problems are reported to us during your stay we will assume that your experience was satisfactory and no issues occurred.
EVENT BEYOND REASONABLE CONTROL (FORCE MAJEURE)
We will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performance of any of our obligations under these Terms or any delay before or during your holiday that is caused by an event out of our control. We strongly recommend that holiday insurance is taken out by you to cover the risk of holiday cancellation or curtailment in such circumstances.
PROVISIONS
Summer Wine Villa is a self-catering accommodation, thus you are responsible for all provisions and consumables that are necessary for your stay. As stated in the staff at the villa may accommodate any reasonable requests to purchase provisions on your behalf, and this will be charged to your account.
ACCURACY
We endeavor to ensure that all the information on our website is accurate. However occasionally errors occur and we reserve the right to correct details in such circumstances.
DISCLAIMERS
We do not accept any responsibility or liability for any physical injury, sickness, death, loss, damage, inconvenience or additional expenses incurred by you, your party or visitors regardless of the cause, any vehicle or the contents of any vehicle used, hired or engaged by you or your party during your stay at Summer Wine Villa, inability of you or any member of your party to enter the location of the villa or stay at the villa for all or part of your reservation as a result of failure to obtain appropriate travel or visa documentation, cancellation or amendments to travel arrangements or the missing of flights or travel connections, and/or any delay or cancellation of the booking as a result of war, threat of war, riot or civil strife, strike, demonstration, terrorist activity (threatened or actual), natural disaster, fire, sickness, weather conditions, action at an airport or port by any government or public authority, technical problems relating to transport and airport regulations caused by technical, mechanical or electrical breakdowns, or any technical, structural, electrical, plumbing or other problems or difficulties with the Summer Wine Villa which make it unsafe or unusable, or any other circumstances which amount to ‘force majeure’ or Acts of God, or other events beyond our control.
In no case will the Owner or the Owner’s Representative individually or collectively be liable to make any payment or give any refund or compensation of any amount over and above the total rental amount paid.
